When opening an account on cik44, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• To change the name, mobile number, or payment details provided at registration, you must notify the support team.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (password, PIN) strictly confidential. Sharing this information with third parties is prohibited.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• cik44 reserves the right to verify, suspend, or close any account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cik44 platform:

• Playing using bots, automation software, or artificial means.
• Collusion (organized cheating) or applying other dishonest tactics.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions — repeatedly collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Hacking, spreading viruses, or attempting to breach platform security.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The currently accepted payment methods on the cik44 platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions through any other method will not be accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• For a withdrawal, the account must be fully verified and active wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals are generally made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements

New members on cik44 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The minimum deposit to qualify for the bonus is ৳500.

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

Wagering example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳20,000 in bets.

VIP Tiers & Benefits

cik44's loyalty program has five levels. Players can advance to higher levels progressively based on their activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

cik44 reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
